When will my order ship and when will I receive it?
It will take 3-5 business days for us to process your order and up to 21 days to receive your products. Just in time for you to Show Up For Yourself in the gym :).
- As well as receiving a confirmation email, you will receive a tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to know exactly where your products are.
- We do not offer Express or One Day shipping in an effort to reduce our carbon footprint.
- Time specified in shipping and reception of products are calculated in Working Days.
- Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.
- All shipping costs R90.
Return and Refund Policies
Not finding the right fit with your product? No worries, Slay with Kay Fitness is giving you the opportunity to return any of your unworn products within 30 days of receiving your delivery. We do not, however, pay for your return and will be unable to process any return after 30 days. For more queries, check out our Refund Policy page.
How long does it take to process my return or refund?
Once we receive your return or refund request, please allow 5-7 business days for our team to process it.

What is pre-ordering and how does that benefit you?
Pre-ordering basically means securing and paying for a product before they are available for shipping. It is one of the ways we want to ensure you don't miss out on any of our products!
We will keep you notified on the progress of your order, with an approximate time in which it might be delivered-which could potentially move backwards or forwards depending on quicker production or unforeseen delays.
Any cancellations of pre-ordered products will be refunded.
You will be notified of every pre-ordering opportunity via our email, website or instagram :)

How should I care for my set?
Machine wash colour with like fabrics and colours. Hang dry to keep your sets in the best shape possible. Do not iron your set.
We recommend washing your items at 30°C + do not wash your sets with softener in order to prolong its lifespan + shape.
